=== LOT Call-of-Proposal: 2020B Semester ===
This is call-of-proposal for Lulin One-meter Telescope (LOT) for Semester 2020B (from 01 May to 31 August, 2020). The proposal is divided into two categories:
Education -- use the latex template given in LOT_Proposal_Education.zip for this category.
Research -- use the latex template given in LOT_Proposal_Research.zip for this category.
Deadline: *** 01 April 2019 (before midnight local Taiwan time) ***
Please sent your proposal(s) (the pdf file from the latex template and an additional one-page of Figures and/or Tables) to me by email: cngeow_@_astro.ncu.edu.tw
IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
(A) Following nights are not available
07-08 May -- Engineering/Full Moon
05-06 June -- Engineering/Full Moon
04-05 July -- Engineering/Full Moon
03-04 August -- Engineering/Full Moon
Following nights are pre-occupied by education programs

(B) Starting 2019A Semester, about 8-12 (continuous) nights per months of LOT time will be given to a Large Program.
(C) The default LCI (Lulin Compact Imager) is Sophia 2048B CCD.
(D) Hiyoyu spctrograph (LCS) is no longer available.
(E) We strongly encourage observers (especially students) to be presented at the Lulin Observatory, instead of queue observing.
(F) For proposal(s) re-submitted from past semesters, please address TAC comments. Proposal(s) that do not show improvement will be rejected.
(G) We plan to install a new screen (with LED) for taking domeflats in this Semester. Please contact us if you're interest to use the new domeflat screen.
Note that late submission will NOT be accepted. For information regarding LOT and/or available instruments, please check Lulin's website (www.lulin.ncu.edu.tw) or consult with Lulin staff (lulinstaff_@_astro.ncu.edu.tw)
ToO policy:
* maximum 2 hr ToO interruption per night; please negotiate/inform the original PI in advance or you need more than 2 hours per night
* please sent the ToO request to Lulin observing staff (Chi-Sheng, Hsiang-Yao and Wei-Jie)
* the original PI/observer remained the right to accept/decline ToO
The accepted proposals and schedule for 2020B Semester will be announced at Lulin's website (www.lulin.ncu.edu.tw) on 16 April 2019 (or later).
Acknowledgment: LOT users are required to include the following statement in their publication:
